I am a Pediatric-Diabetologist at Diabeter, an independent treatment clinic for the treatment of T1D. Diabeter has 5 clinics in the Netherlands and I am primarily working in our Deventer departement. I have a keen interest in diabetes technology especially in the use of predictive algorithms, commercial and Open Source. I strive to improve the quality of life of persons living with diabetes, one of many the factors to do this is making sure to chose the right algorithm and help optimizing the settings. I am also a person living with diabetes.
